Corporate structure

The Implats group has a two-pronged operational structure:

  • Mine-to-market operations comprising Impala, Zimplats, Marula, Mimosa and Two Rivers
  • Impala Refining Services which leverages Impala’s smelting and refining assets to process third party purchase contracts as well as toll treatment and recycle material
