The Impala Netball Club
The Impala Netball club was started in August 2007 with a mere 25 members but has grown in leaps and bounds with membership currently standing at 70.
Members’ dedication has seen the club go from strength to strength, achieving successes on and off the field. Having started off with nothing, the club has evolved into a formidable team with a fully functional committee, two netball courts and two change houses at Olympia Park. It also participates in the North West East League and the club has started its own Impala Netball League for both teams.
On the coaching front the team now has two coaches, five umpires and five developmental coaches, much to the envy of other clubs. The umpires also receive skills and umpire courses to ensure optimum performance of the team.
